Amazon FBA Damaged and Defective

I wanted to share this story with all of you regarding a recent transaction I had on Amazon FBA. Not only to show you that returns happen but also to educate you on the rules and policies with Amazon FBA.

Before I share some of the policies please keep in mind if an item is damaged at Amazon's warehouse or intransit you will be covered to some extent. In this case there was nothing can be done. This does happen from time to time on any platforms. Its all about understading the rules and also make sure you are not spending the money until the slotted time frame has passed.
